Md Shahed Parvej (born 6 February 1999)[18], known professionally as Shahed Parvej, is a Bangladeshi search-engine-optimisation (SEO) consultant with more than nine years of experience in technical, local, eCommerce and AI-first search.[18] He is the founder of the local-SEO agency GBPbuster[21] and of the digital agency Outmarker[3], and operates a London-based consultancy for service businesses across the United Kingdom, marketing himself as a “Local SEO, AEO & GEO Consultant” whose work earns calls rather than reports.[20]

Parvej began freelancing online in 2015 while studying in Dhaka, moved into SEO the following year, and by 2017 was working as an SEO expert and web developer.[4][18] His CV records a full-time SEO-manager role at Biz Topper Ltd (2020–2022) and a team-leader role delivering white-label SEO and Go High Level automation for the US agency Top Level 360 (2023–2026).[18] In 2024 he rebuilt his personal website and repositioned the business around the UK market, adding answer-engine-optimisation (AEO) and generative-engine-optimisation (GEO) consultation to his services.[2][20]

Early life and education

Parvej was born on 6 February 1999 in Bangladesh.[18] He is from Ullapara, an upazila of Sirajganj District in Rajshahi Division, and his CV lists the family address in Kawak, Ullapara with an expected work base of Dhaka or remote.[18] After completing secondary school (SSC) at Ullapara Adarsha High School in 2015, he moved to Dhaka, where he earned a four-year Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Dhaka Polytechnic Institute (2019), including six months of industrial training on transformers, motors and PLCs at Rainbow Automation on Elephant Road.[18] He subsequently completed a BSc in Computer Science & Engineering at City University.[18]

He has written that he first heard the word “freelancing” in 2015 and is entirely self-taught in digital marketing, stating: “No, I didn't attend any SEO Training Centre”, instead learning through Bengali-language SEO communities and free online resources.[7] He publishes content in both Bangla and English.[15]

Career

Beginnings in freelancing (2015–2020)

Parvej joined Twitter (later X) in August 2013, and his account bio has long carried the line “Certified Digital Marketer & SEO since 2015”.[1] He has described 2015 as the year he started earning online, beginning with pay-per-click revenue-share schemes as a college side hustle (“How hard can clicking ads for $0.05 be?”) before switching to SEO within months.[4] In 2016 he “discovered SEO”, and in 2017 he learned WordPress development, concluding that client websites had to convert rather than merely look good.[4]

From September 2017 he worked continuously as a freelance SEO expert and web developer, delivering SEO, WooCommerce customisation, website design, WordPress speed optimisation and eCommerce SEO for Shopify and WooCommerce stores, including collection and product-page optimisation, product schema, landing-page cloning and CRO analysis (for example for the Good Time Health mushroom-coffee brand). He also ran technical SEO audits with Screaming Frog, Search Console and Ahrefs/SEMrush for US clients in roofing, pest control and tech services.[18] In 2017 he registered his first agency identity, Shahed Parvej SEO Caffe, based in Dhaka.[5] His YouTube channel, created in May 2015, carries marketing videos from 2016 onwards, including early titles such as “What is Digital Marketing?, Explained in 2 minutes” (2018).[14][15] He also joined GitHub in November 2017.[16]

SEO manager and white-label agency work (2020–2026)

From February 2020 to August 2022 Parvej worked full-time as SEO Manager at Biz Topper Ltd in Durgapur, Ashulia, Savar, conducting keyword research, briefing content teams, auditing websites, analysing competitor keywords and backlink profiles, and optimising Google Business Profiles and citations for local SEO.[18] In June 2022 he published a LinkedIn article on chiropractic patient retention.[12] During 2022–2023 he promoted chiropractic, dental and medical website-design services and WooCommerce payment-gateway integrations through Fiverr, and in 2023 he founded the cycling blog Bike For Geeks, where he authors long-form gravel-bike guides.[1][8]

From March 2023 to January 2026 he worked remotely as Team Leader & White-Label Service Provider for Top Level 360 of Irvine, California, managing Go High Level CRM (pipelines, lead management, workflows, automation, email/SMS campaigns, forms, calendars and funnels), building automated lead-nurturing and follow-up systems, running SEO and digital-marketing campaigns, and leading a remote team delivering white-label SEO (audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, monthly reports and growth-plan presentations) for US agency clients.[18] His stated markets during this period were the US, UK and Bangladesh.[18]

GBPbuster and the London practice (2024–present)

Parvej is the founder and Local SEO Strategist of GBPbuster, a local-SEO agency for small service businesses operating from London and Bangladesh.[21][22] The agency sells Google-Maps-focused growth: ranking clients in the Maps 3-Pack and turning searches into calls, delivered through 90-day plans, service-focused strategy, weekly reporting and no lock-in contracts.[19] Its stated specialisms span dental clinics, law firms, carpet cleaning, cleaning companies, movers, restoration, roofing, pest control, chiropractors, medspas, GoHighLevel sites and jewellery eCommerce, alongside SEO, AEO and GEO cost and budget calculators.[19] Its published US case studies include a 214% organic-traffic gain for a Columbus carpet cleaner, a 9x jump in profile calls for a Denver mover, and a 990% traffic gain for a Miami personal-injury firm.[23]

Alongside it he remains founder and chief executive of Outmarker, an agency offering conversion-focused website design, conversion-rate optimisation, semantic SEO for e-commerce and local businesses, and marketing automation built on Go High Level and n8n, alongside Shopify and Replo development.[3][11] His redeveloped personal site (shahedparvej.com) positions him as a London-based “Local SEO, AEO & GEO Consultant” at 9 New Change, London EC4M 9AG, claiming 800+ local campaigns across ten industries since 2016 and publishing sector guides for dental, legal, home-services, removals, chiropractic and eCommerce clients.[20] He takes discovery calls through Calendly[17] and in August 2025 published a Go High Level integration tutorial (“Sendr.io Integration with GHL”) on his YouTube channel.[14][15] On LinkedIn he has promoted his healthcare work, stating in late 2025: “I scaled multiple chiropractic clinics fast.”[13]
